Ans: substrate-level phosphorylation就是說，ATP的產生，不經過電子傳遞鏈，而是直接在酵素 的反應中產生ATP。酵素在進行反應時，會把受質(substrate)的磷酸根接到ADP上直接形成 ATP，因為不經過電子傳遞鏈，也沒有膜兩側電位差的形成，所以稱為substrate-level
